The Curacao IFF will take place Wednesday 10 April through Sunday 14 April 2024 in Movies Otrobanda
When will the program for the CIFF 2024 be published?
The film program will be published end of March and can be found through this link. We will also publish this on our Facebook and Instagram page.
What is the ticket price for the Curacao IFF?
Ticket price
Regular ticket price is ANG 18.50 (per person/per screening). Next to that there will be some VIP screenings (without food service) that will be ANG20.50 (per person/per screening). Discount for all films starting between 10 – 12 on Saturday on Sunday; 16.50 for regular ticket and 18.50 for VIP screenings (without food service).
When you buy 10 CIFF tickets, you will receive 1 ticket for free (only available at the box office)
What are the opening hours of the Box Office for Curacao IFF
Ticket sale starts Saturday March 30th at The Movies Otrobanda. The opening hours* of the box office are:
*The Central Box Office closes 15 minutes after the start of the last screening of the day
Can I purchase tickets online?
Yes tickets can be purchased online through: https://www.themoviescuracao.com/otrobanda. The ticket sale will start March 30th 2024
Where will the Curacao IFF will be held?
The festival will take place at one central location: The Movies Otrobanda at Renaissance Mall, Otrobanda.

I would like to volunteer for the festival. Is that possible?
We are always in need of extra helping hands right before and during the festival week and we would appreciate your help! For this year we have sufficient people, but if you are interested for 2025 please contact us at ciff2024.volunteers@gmail.com if you wish to join our team of volunteers.
I am a filmmaker. How do I enter my film?
This years submission is already closed. For the edition of 2025 you can start submitting your film again.
Eligibility:
– The festival accepts both fiction and non-fiction films.
– Short films must be 30 minutes or shorter.
– Feature films must be 60 minutes or longer.
– Films must have been completed between January 2022 and December 2023.
– Films should not have been shown in Curaçao before.
– Films must have English and/or Dutch subtitles.
The submission Fee is FREE.
How to Submit:
Kindly submit your film by email to CIFF2024.submissions@gmail.com.
Please include:
– an online viewing link,
– a short film synopsis and;
– a bio of the filmmaker.
No need to fill out any entry or submission form.
