The Curaçao International Film Festival (CIFF) is calling filmmakers residing in Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Saba and Suriname, or from one of these islands/countries but based in The Netherlands, to submit their short or feature film.

The anniversary edition will take place from April 10 – 14, 2024 in Curaçao. CIFF will accept film submissions until Friday December 29th, 2023.

Eligibility:
– The festival accepts both fiction and non-fiction films.
– Short films must be 30 minutes or shorter.
– Feature films must be 60 minutes or longer.
– Films must have been completed between January 2022 and December 2023.
– Films should not have been shown in Curaçao before.
– Films must have English and/or Dutch subtitles.
– Submission Fee: FREE.
– Deadline: Friday December 29th, 2023.

How to Submit:
Kindly submit your film by email to CIFF2024.submissions@gmail.com, including an online viewing link, a short film synopsis and bio of the filmmaker. No need to fill out any entry or submission form.

Selection Process:
After submitting your film, the selection committee will watch and consider. By February 1, 2024, CIFF will inform you about a selection and programming. In case your entry is selected, you will receive further information about sending the master copy (DCP or Apple ProRes), film materials and everything else.
