Lenny ABRAHAMSON (1966, Ireland) directed short videos in collaboration with the Trinity Video Society, while he was studying Physics and Philosophy. In 1991 he graduated with distinction. His first short film, 3 Joes, won two awards. Abrahamson has also made commercials and films for Irish and foreign television stations. His feature debut Adam & Paul, won various awards, as did Frank (2014). His third feature Room (2015) was nominated for three Golden Globes and Brie Larson was awarded the Oscar for Best Actress in this film.
