CIFFR is not only for film loving adults but also for children! In addition to the Kids Only workshops, the Dennis Aalse Youth Orchestra concert and the youth film on Sunday morning, thousands of school students flock to the festival to attend the special school screenings.

For the upcoming edition, the school screenings are planned for the mornings of Thursday 6 and Friday 7 April. The actual film titles will be announced at a later date. The films are always suitable for youth in groups 6 through 8 elementary schools (Funderend Onderwijs) and all classes of high school (Voortgezet Onderwijs). Lesson material will be provided to prepare students for the film and the festival.

Participation in these screenings on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 April are free of charge. On both days there are screenings at 8:30 and 11:00 (time 2^nd screening subject to change). Registration is required.
